One week safari
One of the highlights during your stay in South Africa, is a safari. South Africa has multiple beautiful game reserves. Off course the well-known Kruger National Park, but there are other game reserves, where you can spot the Big5. Are you looking for a real into the bush experience? Visit one of the less known and more off-the-beaten track reserves, or a luxury safari trip? Stay at a private game reserve, where you will be joined by a ranger on a daily basis.
Scuba Diving Course
After a week safari you will continue your journey to the coastline for a Diving Course.
If you have always wanted to become a scuba diver, then this is just the course for you. GAPAfrica offers all levels of PADI scuba diver courses from the PADI Open Water course to PADI Instructor levels. Being a divemaster or instructor means you can work anywhere in the world and it will be a life changing experience.
These courses teach you all the fundamentals about scuba diving; safety and equipment as well as the marine wild life surrounding Cape Town.
Volunteer at an NGO
You will spend most of your time volunteering at an NGO. We work together with different NGO’s in Cape Town, where you could be volunteering. We look at an organization that is the perfect fit.
Volunteer at a daycare centre, where tasks range from teaching to assisting with day-to-day running of the centre. Or volunteer at a football project, where you will assist with the coaching. fundraising and homework support.
